Born in Wyoming and raised on a ranch as a third generation family that originally homesteaded in the late 1880's. Paul is a graduate of the University of Wyoming with an engineering degree and has owned a small business for over 30 years in Jackson Hole that has established itself as the premier event rental company in the state. Former County Commissioner in Teton County, Wyoming, Paul also partnered on various real estate developments.
An avid skier and hiker, Paul enjoys the great outdoors and natural beauty of the state he has always called home. He is committed to thoughtful and sustainable growth and deeply cares how projects benefit local communities and the greater western region.

A business professional whose decades long career has spanned from the entirety of California to Capitol Hill in Washington DC. Sue's emergence into the world of fashion at a young age shaped her aesthetic prowess which also lead to interior design. With close to 40 years in the real estate industry, from commercial sales and leasing, title insurance, escrow, and recently Vice Chair of Planning & Zoning for the Town of Alpine, Wyoming, Sue also ventured into the world of finance and became a Financial Advisor / Wealth Manager at Merrill Lynch. Always willing to embrace a challenge and change, Sue now calls Wyoming home and is focused on thoughtful growth in developing projects throughout the area.
Hiking, skiing, and pickle ball keep Sue active and her curiosity in exploring the rugged nature of the western region lights up her Soul and anchors her into endless creativity.

His unique blend of technical expertise and artistic vision continues to set new standards of excellence across industries.
